COMO BOOKING POLICY

Please note the area selected upon booking is not guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate all seating requests. However, we are unable to guarantee all requests as seating arrangements are finalised on the day.
Reservations of 1- 4 guests are subject to a seating time of 1.5 hours and 5+ guests are subject to a seating time of 2 hours. However, we are happy to extend seating times as best we can upon request.
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our cancellation policies below to help you plan your visit with ease:
Regular Bookings
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $40 per person fee, charged to the card on file for bookings of 5+.
Service Charges:
Group Bookings of 10 guests or more will be subject to a 10% service charge.
Surcharge:
- 10% surcharge for bookings made on Sundays and 15% surcharge for bookings made on Public Holidays*
Please note that a credit card transaction fee will apply, depending on the card type.
